01 — The brief

Conflict isn't the problem. Unstructured conflict is.

Most disagreements don't fail because the people involved are unreasonable. They fail because there's no shared shape for the conversation — no agreed-upon way to slow down, hear each other out, and make sure both sides are actually being understood before anyone tries to resolve anything.

The ArguMentor provides that shape: a guided five-phase process that walks both sides from defining the problem to agreeing on a solution. Configurable pacing controls — cooling-off periods between turns, response windows for each phase — keep the conversation moving in a productive direction without letting it boil over or stall out.

When someone struggles to find the words, the Say It Your Way AI coach helps. It doesn't write for them — it asks the kinds of questions a calm friend would, helps them process what they're feeling, and then extracts a properly-formatted statement they can review, edit, and submit in their own voice.

At a glance
A true SaaS platform for structured dialogue. Built in React on Google Cloud. In production across personal, workplace, therapy, and legal settings — with private deployment and full co-branding available for organizations.
02 — What it does

Four moving parts. One calm conversation.

The product holds itself to a short list. A guided ArguMentor session is meant to be picked up the first time someone uses it.

01 / Process

Five-phase dialogue.

A guided 5-phase process walks both sides from understanding the problem to agreeing on a solution — so both parties feel heard and respected. No guesswork, no spiraling.

02 / Pacing

Cooling-off + response windows.

Configurable pacing controls between turns and within each phase keep the conversation moving in a productive direction — preventing emotional flooding and disengagement.

03 / AI coach

Say It Your Way.

When the words won't come, the AI coach helps. It doesn't write for you — it asks the questions a calm friend would, then extracts a properly-formatted statement you can review, edit, and submit in your own voice.

04 / Roles

Tiered user system.

Beyond the two parties in conflict, the platform supports Mentors who can step in to coach and Observers who watch from the sidelines — with documentation output for the record.

Design principle
TAM, the ArguMentor Owl Coach. Patient, attentive, slightly in on the joke — the kind of guide you'd want in a hard conversation. Not a referee with a whistle.
03 — Deployment models

One platform, four ways to use it.

The ArguMentor is built as a true SaaS, available for organizations large or small. Private deployment and full co-branding are available for groups that need them.

Model 01

Interpersonal

Families, couples, and friends come together to reduce the emotional impact of conflict through a guided process built on understanding and being heard.

Model 02

Workplace

Companies deploy the ArguMentor so employees can step through conflict resolution — with Mentors and HR representatives able to interact or observe, plus output for documentation and records.

Model 03

Therapy practices

Clinicians join conflicts as Mentors, coaching clients through guided resolution, while practice managers observe from the sidelines. A visual dashboard surfaces patterns, urgency, intensity and mood — the emotional heavy lifting is done so therapists can focus on what they do best.

Model 04

Legal & court-ordered

Judges, magistrates, parental coordinators and other legal entities implement the guided process in mediation and in contentious divorces — with the tiered user system enabling both mentorship and observation, and full record output.

No conflict too small
Users have several options to fit the process to their needs — agreed-upon engagement times, the option to advance when both feel understood, AI assist on demand, and a participant vote on the final resolution.
04 — Plans

Priced for everyone, from one user to ten thousand.

Start free, upgrade for ad-free access and more capacity, or roll the whole platform out to a team.
